Students\u2019 futures depend on high-quality post- secondary education and training. The post-secondary education and training system depends on the capacity of providers to deliver quality learning within a stable and supportive policy environment. An issues paper, Skills for Victoria\u2019s Growing Economy, was released for community consultation.
