This online forum will provide an overview of adult literacy provision in Australia that draws on recent\u00a0research, including case studies, and pose possible solutions for cost-effective and practical ways to ensure equity across the adult learning and community education sector.<\/p>\n

\"\"Ros Bauer has extensive experience in adult\u00a0education as a language literacy numeracy practitioner. She was the winner of the 2013 Australian Training\u00a0Awards Excellence in Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy Practice and a recipient of an\u00a0Executive Fellowship through the\u00a0Australian Endeavour Awards that included a professional learning\u00a0experience in Scandinavia. Ros has worked as part of the NT LLN Network Group and an educational consultant\u00a0to the Warlpiri Youth Development Aboriginal Corporation. She is currently Head of Department – Career\u00a0Pathways, Aboriginal Languages & Employability Skills at TAFE NSW.<\/p>\n
