Adult Learning Australia (ALA) is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a <strong>Membership and Digital Engagement Officer<\/strong>. In this role, you&#8217;ll play a key part in managing our membership services, enhancing digital presence, and supporting professional development events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage membership database, applications, renewals, and inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain and update ALA\u2019s website, social media platforms, and digital learning tools.<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media, create content and execute social media strategies and content to promote ALA initiatives such as Adult Learners Week.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating professional development events, including registrations and logistics for both online and in-person formats.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer service and administrative support across ALA\u2019s various projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in administration or equivalent qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in IT systems (Apple, MS Office, WordPress, Zoom, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with website management, membership software, social media platforms, and content creation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable: experience with Moodle, digital asset design, and desktop publishing tools (iMovie, Adobe InDesign, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a copy of the job description and to submit an application go to our link at <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/msncj3e3\">EthicalJobs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applications to be submitted before COB Friday 18 October 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about building strong member relationships and driving digital engagement?
